One dollar may not pay an entire debt. But when hundreds or thousands of people give together, small contributions can create meaningful assistance for an individual or family experiencing financial hardship.

By bringing together people who are willing to give what they can - even just $1 - we hope to help individuals and families overcome verified debt and move toward a fresh financial start.

  • Founding Supporter contributions are placed into the Founding Fund.

    The Founding Fund is reserved to launch our first verified debt-relief campaign and begin demonstrating how Dollar Debt Project works.

    We will clearly communicate how funds are used and provide regular updates.

  • Our goal is to keep the Founding Fund focused on launching the mission.

    Processing fees will be taken out of the donations.

    If any funds are used for start up or administrative expenses, it will be disclosed in the monthly transparency report.

    Applications will open once our community reaches its first fundraising milestone.

    Every application will go through a structured review and verification process before assistance is provided.
